Summary by Check |
Revenue by Property, Check Number, and Interest Type. NOTE: If using this report for tax reporting, it is necessary to know that it will include "Exempt" owners. Widely used to see owner’s check detail with Production Date, Paid Date, and 1099 info for 1099 reconciliation and can be used to research monies sent to the State for Unclaimed Property. |
Summary by Distribution |
Revenue by Property, Run Date, Revenue Percentage, Quantity, and Average Dollar. The report runs by property first and then the run data for the check date range selected. Widely used to see owner’s check detail with Production Date, Paid Date, and 1099 info for 1099 reconciliation and can be used to research monies sent to the State for Unclaimed Property. |
Multiple Owner Check Summary | Shows Revenue Detail for multiple owners. Filter by Property, Run Date, Revenue Percentage, Quantity, and Average Dollar. |
Cash Flow by Owner |
Used to give Working Interest Owners 1099 info and expenses for accounting detail Revenue and Billing by Billing Category. This report only includes the amounts that have been paid and/or billed to the owner(s). It does not include the amounts that have not been billed (Held) or suspended amounts (either petty or legal). It DOES include amounts paid out of suspense that could have been distributed in prior months or years. There is an option to "Group Properties for each owner by the Group Partnership Code." If this option is unchecked, the report will bypass the partnership coding. This report can be saved as a CSV, XLS, or XLSX file. NOTE: Owner Social Security Numbers/Tax IDs will not show on the report. |
Settlement Summary for Owner | This report provides the ability to generate a summary report of all statements received by a particular owner for a specified date range. |
Owner Trend Report | This is an Owner-Level Trend report that draws from the owner-level Revenue/Billing History by Effective Date or Production Date but uses the functions of Report Definitions. It can be run by one or more owners, selected properties, or Financial Group. |

Payout Maintenance/List |
Used for Participating or Non-Consent Owners - allows setup for non-consent owners to track payout recovery. Keeps track of all revenue and expenses by project. It can be used with AFEs to calculate penalties on actual costs incurred or manually entered cost amounts. Creates current owner statements that can be printed or emailed. Non-Consent Interest. NOTE: There is no need for the Owner to be on current DOI to use Payout Statements. |
Historical Statements |
Quick and easy way to access those PDFs created and automatically saved from running a Rev/Bill cycle. Previous Cycle Settlement Statements and Detail in a PDF format can be printed by the owner for a given date range or by Cycle. There is an additional option to email the resulting statement to the owner if the owner has an e-mail address set up on their owner statement option in Owner Maintenance. |
Duplicate Tax ID Report | Will compare owners with the same TAX ID and create a list of owners with the same tax-id for possible clean up. The report will list each owner's Name/address/phone numbers and DOI & Suspense amounts. |

Owner Warrant Balances Report | It includes options to specify an owner range, State, a property range and Warrants range. Run the report without the Detail button checked to get general information about the warrant. See Warrants for setup and use. |
Tax Warrant Payments Report | You can filter this report by the owner, state, tax entities, tax warrants, and payment dates. The option to sort by State, Owner, Warrant or Tax Entity also is available. See Warrants for setup and use |
Reports have the ability to be emailed to those with email addresses. A valid email address must be entered on the Owner Maintenance > Contact Info tab, in the Statement E-Mail field.
NOTE: User must have at least List access to Sub-Account Maintenance and not be locked out of the primary Revenue Billing Sub-Table. Security is set in the Utilities module > Global > User Level Security.
