View All Tickets
The following report is applicable for Service Ticket Service companies only.
This menu allows you to view all service tickets. You can search for tickets; however, tickets cannot be changed.

Copy Ticket |
This allows for an individual service ticket or a range of service tickets to be copied to new tickets with new ticket numbers individually or in a range. |
Import Ticket |
It gives you the ability to import tickets from a CSV file. |
Inactive Parts Utility |
This is used with Transportation integration. If a part is marked as Inactive, reports can show tickets that might have inactive parts attached. |
Inactive Job Location Utility |
This is used with Transportation integration. |
Void Current Ticket |
This allows a user to VOID a ticket as long as it has NOT been assigned to an invoice, has NOT had labor hours already paid in Payroll, and has NOT been accrued (for customers that accrue tickets). This was an added field coming from Transportation. |
