Print Invoices

This menu prints invoices based on your indicated Invoice Status (Bill of Lading, Ready to Print, or Printed). If electronic is selected in the Invoice Formats to Include, the system creates a file that can be sent electronically. In addition, customers can have their invoices emailed to them if an email address is filled in on the Sub-Account Maintenance > Contact Info Tab > Invoice/PO Email box.
