FP Correction Ticket Utility
The Correction Ticket Utility is used for mass ticket corrections or Individual ticket corrections. Corrections can be made by the operator or property. The Correction Ticket Utility allows you to select All or individual tickets to correct. The utility creates a C1 ticket for the original and will keep the same allocation. It is an exact reversal of the original ticket(s). The C1 ticket will also be marked as a "Reversal" on the ticket entry and will not allow any changes to be made.
Next, the utility creates a C2 ticket that does allow changes. It can also be deleted if needed. The C2 can be flagged to recompute manual volume and /or manual price. This allows the ticket(s) to be recalculated when the ticket is changed, when the Operator Run Statement is generated, or when the tickets are extracted to revenue.
NOTES:
- The two override options (volume and price) are not options that are normally checked for corrections.
- When correcting split tickets, the system will ensure that all associated tickets of the split are automatically corrected as a set, including both reversals and replacements (including allocated tickets, if any are associated with the same split.)
