N-5 LA: R2 Part 2 Report

Print out R2 details of oil acquisitions with an option to generate an Excel file for upload into the LA R2 Report. The report will use the Legal Operator on the Property Maintenance for the Operator Code.
NOTE: R2 Internal Reports list all LA imports and LA exports for your review.

N-6 TX RRC Form T1

Monthly transportation and storage report (detail of receipts from leases). This report can save data to a CSV file at the ticket level vs. the RRC#. Error messages will be added at the end. See T-1 Report Setup. This report allows the allocated volumes to be used versus the commingled volumes. In addition, there is an option to enable Pak Accounting to list warnings for tickets where the destination net volume differs from a pre-defined number of Bbls from the pickup volumes.

N-7 ND: 10/10A/10B

Forms 10, 10A, and 10B. Tickets with a pickup location (property) designated as a "Station" will be excluded from the Form 10- Purchasers Report. It will still be reported on the Form 10-A and Form 10-B.

N-8. AR Form 9 Report

This function produces information for the Form 9 AR Transporter and Storer's monthly report. It also produces the Form 9 and saves the information to a CSV file.

N-9 TX: P-4 Report

Produces information for the TX P-4 Report, the Certificate of Compliance, and the Transportation Authority. Once you hit the Save/View/Print button, the report will be saved to the company EDI file, and the form will be generated for printing.
