| Consolidate and/or Combine |
Company Type - This option determines whether the company is Normal (default, not using Consolidation or Combination), Consolidation Sub-Table - Sub-Table for companies for the Consolidation Module. Combination Sub-Table - Sub-Table for companies for the Combination Module. |
| Land | Check the box to Enable Property, DOI, & Field/Pool in Land System menu withing Pak Accounting. |
| Drilling Costs | Enter the Drilling Cost account range to print on the Drilling Costs. |
| Payroll Time Entry | General, Time Billing or Detail Coding. Select the type of Time Entry system used. |
| Foreign currency |
Dual Currency Option Country Code - Enter the country code used in Foreign Currency financial reporting. Note: must be entered in upper case letters. Dual Currency # of Decimals - Set the number of decimal places the foreign currency is computed. |
| Scanning | Set the company's default scan settings for the Scanning feature. |
| Work In Process (WIP) | Set the overhead rates for labor and materials to track WIP and enable the feature. |
| After-the-Fact Entry (Optional Add-on) | Checking the box will allow for the cash entries from After the Fact Checks entries for Accounts Payable and Deposits to be summarized in the cash account by batch and by month versus having one cash entry per entry. |
