Approval Routing
This sets the dollar amount levels the user is authorized to approve. In the example below,JFS and MCT can approve all PO's for amounts up to $4,999. If the PO is $5,000 or more, the PO must also be approved by someone at the next approval level. If the PO is $50,000 or more, it must be approved by the next higher approval level. Only one user in each approval amount is required to approve. It will skip the rest of the users in that level and move to the next level.
List: provides list of amount level and users associated with each amount.
