Sub-Account Views
To view Sub-Accounts such as owners and vendors in a grid view format, click on the List button at the bottom of the screen and select Sub-Account Views.
Enter the Sub-Table you wish to view Sub-Accounts for. Check the box and enter the AR Account if you wish for Pak Accounting to Compute the Average Number of Days an invoice is outstanding by calendar year. This information comes from the Aging Info tab found on a Customer's Sub-Account maintenance. Also, enter the Calendar Years you wish to view. Click on the Next button.
The Sub-Account view can be customized to show the fields that you want to see. This is done by clicking on the in the top left-hand corner. Columns can also be dragged and dropped to be in the order that you like. The Tax ID field will return values of "Has One" if the Sub-Account has a Tax ID entered or Blank if there is not one entered.
The Sub-Account view can be saved as a PDF or exported to Excel. This has replaced the Export Sub-Account to Excel File option, which was removed from Sub-Account Utilities. It can also be listed and/or printed.
