A direct TMW interface imports Run Tickets into Pak Accounting and exports Master files such as leases and tanks from Pak Accounting into TMW. NOTE: When exporting tank strap increments to TMW, they will be marked as cumulative instead of incremental.

• Import Options Tab—Select the import dates and time each time you import. If you would like to be warned of any missing or invalid information, select items prior to importing.
• Connection Options Tab - One-time setup; your TMW representative will be able to assist you with setting this up per their files.
• Table-Specific Options - Cross references from Pak Accounting tables to TMW tables. These will be predefined for you.
  • Send Deactivations for all ineligible/inactive Leases, Tanks, etc. -
  • Compare Lease Masters between Pak Accounting and TMW button - Ability to see if there are any differences.
  • Manually Update Master Files Only button - Allows you to export Pak Accounting's Master files to TMW at any time; otherwise, when you import Run Tickets, they will be sent for you. This is typically used upon initial setup as well as during acquiring new leases.
  • Import button - Once imported, the TMW tickets will be in Pak Accounting's Daily Run Ticket for review.
