WebPortal
I can’t submit my ticket.
- Open the ticket in the web portal and check for missing data (e.g., Confirmation, Code, TimeSheet, etc.).
- The ticket app will pop up an error message box stating issues with a current ticket. Have the driver read the message for more information.
- Process and Incremental Synce and see if it completes without error.
- Prompt the Driver to log out/log in and try Submitting the Ticket again.
- Check iPad # in Maas360 to see if apps or anything else needs updating.
My Tank Number isn’t showing as an Existing Tank.
- Check in Web Portal: Leases tab > Search > Scroll to the bottom to confirm if the tank is in the system for that Lease.
- If not, Tell the Driver to contact Dispatch to let them know the tank is not showing on the iPad.
- Enter as Custom Tank: Manually type in Tank Number and Tank Type from the tank types available within their Transporter.

How do I connect my printer?
- Plug in and Power on the Printer.
- On iPad: Settings > Select Wifi > Look up for devices.
- Printer #: WBD1234, SETUP, or (similar to) M6z292736.
- Printer Serial Number > Join Anyway on the pop up box notifying you there is no internet connection available.
- A blue checkmark appears next to the number > Return to Crude Oil Ticket to print.
- If the printer serial number doesn’t come up on iPadm check for an arrow on the screen pointing to Wifi or the blue Wifi light is on. If not available, the printer could be bad.
What is the difference in the Sync options?
- Incremental Sync: partial sync that only reaches out for any new information or dispatches. It takes approximately 60-90 seconds.
- Full Sync: This involves a complete wipe and reload of the entire database, including lease, tank, strappings, etc. It can take 20-60 minutes, depending on the cellular data strength.
Troubleshooting issues with logging in, syncing, and viewing dispatch.
- Confirm that there is a cellular data signal in the top left corner of the iPad. AT&T LTE or Verizon LTE.
- App Catalog > Check for pending Updates for Tracker and Crude Oil Ticket in the bottom right-hand corner. Pending Updates: press the red Update button and process those.
- Reset the password for the Crude App within the WolfePak Mobile Web Portal under the Users Tab.
