*100PC Investor is a special purpose Sub-Account for Cash Basis companies who want to track 100% numbers Accrual Based Revenue Entries.  It is used to create the 100% Accrual Based entries in another set of books.  On the Investor Entry screen, enter the Sub-Account *100PC (this Sub-Account is a special Sub-Account that does not show up in Sub-Account Maintenance).  Make sure you select the Investor Company to record the entries into.

Note that the Billing-General Tab is gone from the Investor entry screen; the entries are intended for revenue only.

When a cycle is run and updated, entries for 100% will have entries created even if the owner(s) are in suspense. Stays in Cash Basis company as suspense, but in the accrual company (receiving company), true 100% are created regardless of the pay suspended status sending books Division of Interest.

Notes:  

• For Individual investors (i.e., not 100%), suspended items do not create entries until the owner is paid.  
• This is a setup to track a summary level for a partnership for all of the partners. You will be able to run financial statements for the partnership-level group. It is typically set up with an individual Investor Interface for each of the partners.
