To Do List
The To Do List is located in the General Ledger module > To Do List. This feature provides the ability to set up a user-assigned To do calendar. It does not provide reminders of items that need to be done upon entering Pak Accounting. To add items, click on the Add button at the bottom of the screen. Choose a Sub-Table / Sub-Account, enter comments, set the Due by date, set the occurrence, and set the Stop Date. Make sure to save the entry. Add more line items if needed.
The system allows you to print a list of the To Do items. Click on the List button at the bottom of the screen, enter the desired options in the To Do Listing box, and click on View to see the list.
