Property Reports

Property Listing Reports:
| Property Master Listing | This report will provide a property listing based on the parameters specified on the Include and Report Type tabs, such as Legal Operator, Counties, Fields, and Well Types. If needed, a Wildcards tab will allow you to select a subset of records. If the report type selected is Detail and the Other tab is checked, all of the fields on the Property Maintenance > Other tab will be printed on the report generated. These fields are: Field Reference, API#, Spud Date, Crude Buyer & Pumper, General Comments, Surface Location Latitude, Surface Location Longitude, Bottom of Well Latitude, Bottom of Well Longitude, Lease Acreage, Well Acreage, Legal Description, Recording Information, Property Combination, Lease Directions, and Commingle Number. |
| Property Views | This report gives the most flexibility when viewing properties. After defining limitations, properties can be viewed in a grid format. The grid allows for filtering and adding additional data columns. The property grid view will also display status items and the first XRef. If there are multiple XRefs, then the field will display multiple. Views can be saved and the report is exportable to Excel. See Master Grid Views for more information. |
| Property Mileage Views | Allows the creation of custom property mileage views. |
Well Sales by Production Date Reports:
| Build Well Sales Trend File | This is a utility that must be run before printing the Well Production Trend. |
| Well Sales by Production Trend | Trend by Month, by owner, or property. This report is produced based on check history and suspense history. The dates for JIB expenses are determined based on the option specified in the extract. This report also offers the option to Create the West Virginia WR-39E File with columns for NGL reporting. |
Other Reports:
| Historical Distribution | Revenue by Production Month, Distribution month, Product, and Purchaser. |
| Unpaid/Unbilled | The amounts have not yet been paid and billed by Property. See Unpaid/Unbilled Report. |
| Property Distribution and Payments: Only available with Accumulate Distribution and Payments by Property Add-On - | This is a report by Property/Cycle/Production date detailing flow of funds being distributed, Severance Tax deducts, Suspense (in/outs), and Payment by type. |
Well Listing Reports
| Well Views | This report is a master grid view of wells. It has the functionality of creating filters and custom filters, restricting what is seen on the grid view, printing, saving the grid view format, or saving the report as a PDF. |
NOTE: The user must have at least List access to the Property Maintenance. Security is set in the Utilities module > Global > User Level Security.
