| Rate Code | Alpha-Numeric code to be associated with each driver on the Employee Master, Name/Address tab in Payroll. |
| Description | Description of Rate Code |
| Min # Bbls per Load | Minimum barrels to be used in the Commission Rate calculation. |
| Max # Bbls per Load | Maximum barrels to be used in the Commission Rate Calculation. |
| Calculation Basis | This is used when calculating commission. It lets the system know what basis to use-Gross or Net BBL. The flat basis does not use volume in the calculation basis. |
Mileage Rates Tab - Set up the mileage thru range with each rate. This is unlimited.
