1. Time Entry (part #PR-TE) (executable gl.exe)
   Two modes – triggered by: Different settings in Master File Maintenance in G/L: Payroll Time Entry Systems: General, Time Billing, Detail Coding.

General Option:

Purpose - used for inputting time by jobs, leases, etc. Ability to import time into payroll. Also has the capability to do certified payroll registers. Enter the Date, Pay Code, Job#, and hours

Payroll: Payroll pulls directly from file, no export.
Rerun: Does not mark entries as extracted.

Time Billing Option:

Enter in Reimbursed expenses as line items.
Creates GL-A/P entries

Rerun: Reimbursement entries are marked when they are extracted, so they can’t get extracted more than once.

It can also be used to input time by jobs and Bill the time to customers. However, it can only be used if outsourcing payroll information.

2. WPTE (part #PR-WPTE) (executable wpte.exe) – This module is used by drilling contractors. Can input time by rig, then by jobs. Also supports Per Diem pay. Ability to create an export file that then user imports into payroll. Build a crew, multiple shifts, recurring jobs/crews
3. PTB (part #PTB.EXE) (executable ptb.exe) – used by casing companies. Can input time by tickets. Ability to break out standby time, per diem, safety, and truck pay. Ability to import into payroll. Currently, this is company-specific for one customer).
4. These next 3 programs are under one executable pth.exe:
   PTC (part # PTH-C), PTT (part #PTH-T), and PTR (part #PTH-R)
   1. PTC – start cycle, and then enter time with ticket numbers, ticket dates, employee numbers, and hours. Then, create an extract file. VERY CUSTOMER SPECIFIC.
   2. PTR – Purpose: for a manual breakdown of OT hours and breakdown by location. Ticket entry with date, pay code reg hrs, OT hrs, rate, acct, job #, WC State, WC Code. Will auto-save rate to employee master maintenance. Creates export that imports into payroll.
   3. PTT – Purpose: Breakdown by Customer number. Ticket entry with date, pay code, customer number, hours, pay rate, dist number, Ticket number, and well info. Will auto-save rate to employee master maintenance. Creates export that imports into payroll.
5. Invoicing also has a way to enter time. Set up part numbers in a specific way for employees to bill hours to customers, which they then import into payroll.
6. Service Ticket also has a time entry feature. You can enter tickets for jobs worked along with the hours that the employees worked. The system can also export to payroll.
