13-Period Company Setup

If your company uses 13 periods (rolling 4 weeks) for financial reporting, you must set the following in the Company master
- Set the Month of the first fiscal period to 13 periods, 4 weeks each.
- Under Company Settings, the Max period per year will automatically be set to 13.
Notes:
- Use this feature if you want your months defined as 4 weeks (i.e., 28 days). This gives you a 364-day year that has a different year-end every year.
- This feature is NOT used for a 13th-month adjusting journal for accountant entries. Instead, Pak Accounting uses a unique journal for the entries on the trial balance.
