Companies should only use Partial Backup when directed to by your Customer Success Team.

This backup is not a valid backup that can be restored back to and should not be depended on as a good restore point. It only backs up the selected files and should NOT be used as an alternative to regular Pak Accounting backups.

NOTE: This option is not available in the SQL environment.

As directed by your Customer Success Team, select the files to back up, select the destination drive, and enter any necessary descriptive text.

The Documents file will always default to being unchecked. This is because the file is so large; typically, Technical Support does not need it. Only check the box to send documents if instructed to do so by your Customer Success Team.

NOTES:  

• The backup is stored in the WolfePak Partial folder on the network drive WolfePak is loaded on.
• The Bank Account Master for ACH is included in the general master files.
