Payroll Company Documents
There are several areas in Payroll that support the Scanning module. One option is under Payroll > Master File Maintenance > Company Documents. It allows users to scan a picture or document type, define a description, and add an image. This is helpful for any documents that relate to the ENTIRE company, for example, a Workman’s Comp Audit or other similar documents not specific to a single employee.
Another option is at the Employee Master Maintenance level. There is a special button to scan the I-9 form.
There is also a Documents tab on the employee master to place scan information, for example, Driver’s License, Social Security card, application, etc.
NOTE: This menu option will only show if you are authorized for scanning.
