| Accumulate Distribution and Payment by Property: Optional Add-On | This option will produce an Property Distribution and Payment Report that details the flow of funds. |
| Property Distribution Staging Table Settings | Used in conjunction with Accumulate Distribution and Payments by Property option. After you have the settings defined it will send the file upon update of your Revenue Cycle. The file contains the same detail as the Property Distribution and Payments Report. |
| Outside Operator Expenses | Add-on module designed to allow the deductions for expenses that the operator sends to the First Purchaser for deduction from the revenue check. |
