| Summary by Cycle | This report provides a one-line summary of the revenue and billing for each cycle but does not include Deleted Interest. Additional columns in this report are the Extract Time stamp, Billed Date, and Number of Billing Entries. An additional column exists for the cycle update date/time stamp, which applies to more recent cycles. |
| Export Check History to Excel | Exports Revenue and/or Billing Check History for a given account range, Sub-Account range, selected Sub-Accounts, and date range. The extract can be for Revenue Only, Billing Only, or both Revenue and Billing. The default file format is XLSX, however the report can be changed to save as a CSV file by changing the file type when saving. |
NOTE: The user must have access to one of the following five tabs for Reports: the Owner tab, the Property tab, the DOI tab, the AFE tab, or the Miscellaneous tab. Security is set in the Utilities module > Global > User Level Security.
